A SPECIAL ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING TYPE B

RESIDENTIAL PARKING ONLY AREA IN THE

CITY OF ROCK ISLAND, ILLINOIS

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROCK ISLAND, ILLINOIS:

Section One. That the parking area in front of 1202, 1206 and 1208 30^th Street in the City of Rock Island, Illinois be and is hereby determined to be a Type B residential permit parking only area pursuant to the provisions of Section 9-97 through 9-100 of Division 5, Chapter 9 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Rock Island, Illinois.

Section Two. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed insofar as they do so conflict.

Section Three. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval, as required by law.
