Mayor Schwiebert will close the Public Hearing, reconvene the regular meeting and entertain motions as follows:

from the Community and Economic Development Department regarding a rezoning and

motion was made by Alderman Conroy and seconded by Alderman Bauersfeld to
approve the rezoning and preliminary site plan, and refer to the City Attorney
